Glucono delta lactone (GDL), an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H10O6, is
prepared from the oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid or its salts, which are purified, desalted, decolorized and concentrated. It is used in food industry as coagulant, stabilizer, sour agent,
preservative and preservative, and is a multi-functional food additive.

As a moisturizer: 2.0-4.0%, PH 5.5
Amount added as an exfoliant: 2.0-6.0%, PH 3.5-4.5

SHELF LIFE:
24 months if stored under recommended storage conditions.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Should be stored in airtight container in a cool and dry place below 40ºC and relative humidity less then 70%.
