Corn starch is also called cornmeal. It is commonly known as six-grain powder. It is a white powder with a slight yellowish tint. After the corn is soaked, it is made through processes such as crushing, sieving, precipitation, drying, and grinding. Ordinary products contain a small amount of fat and protein, and have strong hygroscopicity.
Corn starch can be directly used as a raw material for vermicelli, vermicelli, instant noodles, ham, meat products, ice cream, etc., and the demand is stable.
Starch sugar is the product with the largest output of corn starch deep processing. There are many types of starch sugar with high added value, mainly including glucose, maltose, maltose syrup, fructose and other products, mainly maltose syrup, high maltose syrup and glucose, which account for more than 80% of the starch sugar. Starch sugar can be directly used for food additives and is also the raw material for downstream products. For example, glucose, maltose, and fructose can be directly used in food.
