DESCRIPTION
Erythritol is a white crystalline granule with a slightly sweet taste and a relative sweetness of 0.65%. There is a cooling
feeling. Low calorie, about one-tenth of the calorific value of sucrose, is a natural zero-calorie sweetener. Soluble in
water (37%, 25°C), easy to crystallize due to low solubility (compared with sucrose), suitable for foods that require
sucrose taste, such as chocolate, bakery products, candies, table sugar, soft drinks, etc. It is not degraded by
enzymes, and can only be excreted from blood to urine through the kidney (easily absorbed by the small intestine). It
does not participate in glucose metabolism and changes in blood sugar, so it is suitable for diabetics. It will not ferment
in the colon, which can avoid gastrointestinal discomfort. No dental caries.
