Product Description

Glucona Delta Lactone(GDL), a non-toxic white crystalline powder, is obtain from the oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid or its salts by purification, decolorization, concentration and crystallization. GDL,soluble in water,slow decomposition under 25ºC,is widely used in food industry.

The food additive gluconic acid was prepared from sodium gluconate by dissolution, cation exchange, sodium removal, concentration, crystallization, centrifugation and drying- δ- Lactone.

ACKAGING: Packaged in multi-layer kraft paper bag with food grade PE inner bag, net 25kg/bag. (Other packaging types are available on requests) SHELF LIFE: 24 months if stored under recommended storage conditions.
